Unable to combine two editions of the book

Hi!

I have a Russian edition of this book:

I clicked "add a new adition" on the right, entered all information and got ANOTHER (INDEPENDENT) book, not the additional edition: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/12...

What did I wrong? How to combine these book (how to add the last one as a new edition)?

The author name has to be the same, it is only possible to combine books with same primary author (profile).

put the name in roman alphabet as 1st author, put the name in russian aplhabet as 2nd author. I believe that's the running agreement, until author aliases go public.

btw, i've combined the editions.
