Peter had let out a scream, his inside feeling as if they were displacing themselves at the free fal move. "YES!" he anwsered.
"That's the spirit!" she said, setting him down on the ground again. She laughed as he wobbled around, guessing he was still slightly dizzy. She lightly pushed him forward so he would run with her.
She nudged him forward again, giggling, "The only way to feel better is to run. Once your blood get's going, just let your legs do the rest!"
Lilly whooped and applauded, darting after him. "You know, I bet I can go faster than you!" she rang in his ear, easily keeping pace with him.
"I'm sure I can too!" she squealed happily, literally running circles around him with the excitement of a child.
Peter made a kind of gasp, and grabbed her legs so she wouldnt fall. It felt weird really, it was just diffrent... and odd having her on his back. The fact that he was almost blushing made him curse himself.
She wrapped her arms around his neck from behind, and leaning forward so her breath was hitting his ear. She saw wisps of her blonde hair brush his nose in the wind, and she laughed trying to hold it back.
Peter schrunched up his nose a bit, and slowed to a quick walk. He looke sideways at her, her laugh ringing in his ear.
She flashed her brilliant smile at him when he looked at her, but when she looked forward all she saw was a giant rock they were about to run over."Oh my gosh! Look ou-" was all she got out before they tripped over it, tumbling to the ground.
Peter landed on the ground with her on his back. Somehow he'd twisted into a postion on his back and she was resting on his chest.
"Oh my gosh! Are you okay?" she asked to him, sweeping hair off his face so she could look at him with her worried expression.
Peter blinked, "Yeah, I'm-I'm fine," he said, eyes not leaving hers as he spoke. He shook himself out of it and asked, "Are you?"
"I'm fine." she said, suddenly realizing that she was on his chest instead of his back, "How'd you do that?"
Peter shook his head a little, "I didnt... mean to." he said, actually feeling like he needed to blush.
Lillian smiled at him as her light blonde hair framed her heart shaped face. She saw him blushing, and thought it was the cutest thing she'd ever seen in her life. She was glad that after today, she wouldn't be saying goodbye to him for the night. As long as he was to live, she'd be by his side.
She let her head rest on his chest, hearing the rhythmic thumping of his heart. She adored it, the heart beat. Every minute it kept going was another minute she spent with him.
Peter let her, actually liking the feeling of her warmth radiacting to him. He hadnt had someone this close in a long time, he always felt cold... alone.
She shuddered as she heard his thoughts. Her blissful smile twitched into a slight frown, and she looked up at his face. So peaceful. Anyone who didn't know him who looked at that face wouldn't guess how much anguish he was apparently hiding underneath it all...
Peter could practically feel her eyes on him. He didnt open his eyes though, just left them shut. He sighed a bit, "It's totally unfair that I cant read minds," he said.
Peter down at her. "Thanks..." he trailed off, not sure how to respond and not fancing the idea of blushing.
She put her hand over where his heart was, just looking at him for a minute. "I've never cared about anyone's heartbeat more," she said in a steady voice, "And that is different to me. Most angels have a general love of 'humanity' but are overall indifferent. I'm not like that with you, you're not just simply a job."
Peter watched the sky, pulling in a deep breath through his nose. He closed his eyes and slowly slipped his hand over hers, wrapping his fingers gently around her palm. He squeezed his eyes shut a little tighter, thinking about that... that she cared. He'd only eer had his brother care before.
Abandon appeared on the other side. Anger in his eyes. Children he said jaw tightened. He did not know he could have them. He sensed there birth his blood smothered them. He began walking toward them.
He stared at her then at the children. The boy looked like him but the girl hand his eyes. "Silence. Just answer my questions. Why did you have them?" he asked irration in his voice
He looked at her. "I cannot harm them so stop holding them. " he said he couldn't think for some reason and felt unlike himself
"Whatever, they have my blood and soon I will have to be around them" he said. "Only one of them however so you should choose which or i'll take them both" he said
"Dont waste my time. I shall take one of them when they turn, I want the girl" he said staring at the girl child. She looked stronger than the boy
Ri *like a boss* wrote: "Not only do I care now, she thought to him, But I'm going to care forever.""Arent you obligated too?" he asked, determined to be difficult.
"I'm obligated to stay with you." she said, smiling, "It's not mandatory to care though. It's really sad, some guardian angels just look at their people as jobs." she shook her mead, muttering "tsk tsk."
Peter opened his eyes to slits, looking down at her on his chest. The edge of his lip tugged up into a kind of smile.

"Your blood racing yet?" she asked excitedly.
