Stacy (stacy_g_k) | 3 comments Some time in the late 1970's, I read a book -- juvenile literature -- with a ghostly character named Hester. She was either an evil spirit or evil living character in a scary story. I know my details are minimal and vague, but does any body have any ideas? I am pretty sure it's not the R. L. Stein book, Secrets, for it was published will after I read the book I am referring to. Thanks.

Stacy (stacy_g_k) | 3 comments Now I am thinking it might be Double Spell. If anybody has any other suggestions, please pass'em on. Thanks :-)

Stacy (stacy_g_k) | 3 comments Oh gosh, no. It is Double Spell by Janet Lunn and I picked up a copy a year or so ago. Mystery solved.
