who thinks that the plot of this is similar to twilight but with angels?

I agree I think hush hush is better then twilight, an I don't think there that similar. I really want it to become a movie!

They are not as alike as people would like to think. Notice how almost every book coming out now is either a "rip off" of Twilight or The Hunger Games? Well it should stop. Some common things are compare, I'm about to explain.

People's "Similarities" that I've heard:
1.)Both want to kill the main character.
2.)Both meet in Biology class
3.)Patch and Edward both extremely powerful and extraordinary
4.)Edward and Patch are both stalkers
5.)Both are portrayed as helpless victims
6.)Patch tried to make Nora's life better by leaving her and Edward left to make her life better as well... tried to get rid of all evidence he was ever there. Neither Patch nor Edward could resist staying away for long.
7.) this one is stupid-Crazy ladies (Dabria/Victoria) try to kill girl for revenge
8.)Both Edward and Patch are mysterious
9.)Both Edward and Patch are sexy
10.)Bella and Nora are supposed to be super smart
11.)Bella googled Vampires just as Nora googled Angels
12.)At the end, there's a little showdown involving Edward saving Bella. At the end on Hush Hush there's also a showdown with Patch saving Nora
13.)Bella and Nora both have single parents who never look out for their children
14.)Both males start off jerks to them females.
15.)Both girls broke down after getting dumped
16.)both girls fall in love instantly
17.)Both had a love triangle.

Now for me explaining each one:
1.) Edward is a vampire, he wants to kill everybody, but resist. Patch wanted to kill her to get something out of it, (Human body)
2.) Of course, most other classes don't do that much partner work, when I was in biology I always worked with a partner.
3.) Sure both are powerful, buts lets face it, Patch is even more so. Edward can run fast, is strong, and can read mind. Patch can run (probably faster) and is (probably stronger), can read minds, influence them (He could probably make Edward kill Bella if he wanted. That is something I would love to read, and can insert pictures. Through all of Crescendo and the end of Hush Hush he could even fly. Needless to say Patch could kick Edwards a**
4.) Patch stalked Nora since August (8 months) before he even met Nora, and it was to get info. Edward stalked Bella only after they met and for no reason (creepy)
5.) Nora is a lot stronger character then Bella was. Bella couldn't fight for herself until Breaking Dawn. Nora did a pretty good job protecting herself through all books.
6.)Patch erased her memory (didn't see any of that in Twilight) and Edward just left. And of course they couldn't stay away. If so the book would end.
7.)Dabria wanted to kill her out of jealousy NOT revenge. I swear the person who put that didn't even read the book
8.)Because girls like mysterious men! and plus would you like a book to start with "Hi im Patch im an angel, or Hi Im Edward im a vampire"? no.
9.) All men in YA books are sexy! If that's a comparison then just compare it to ever other book.
10.)Would you like a dumb main character? no, that's what the main character's BFF is for usually.
11.)We live in a generation where people google everything they're curious about.
12.)Technically Patch didn't save Nora. Patch gave a little distraction to try to help, but ultimately she dies. All Patch does is turn down a sacrifice to bring her back.
13.) Nora's dad died, and that actually had something to do with the story. Bella's parents are divorced. BIG difference. And Nora's mom does look after her when shes home, but shes always working out of town. Bella's dad stays home.
14.)Patch was never a jerk. He just said things that would make someone uncomfortable, and he was doing it so he wouldn't get emotionally attached. Edward just wanted her to stay away. Which leads to another thing, Patch was looking for moments to run into Nora, Edwards wanted to stay away from her.
15.) Bella went into a pathetic "I want to die, because I have nothing to live for stage". Nora didn't. She was out with her friend that same week! AND she stole Patch's jeep.
16.) Bella does. It takes a while for Nora to even start liking Patch.
17.) NO THERE WASN'T! There was no love triangle with Hush Hush! She kissed the other guy once, and not because she liked him but because she was trying to make Patch jealous. Rather then that she even says "He's like a brother to me".
