I agree. There are these kids a couple houses down who think it's fun to skateboard at 6 fucking A.M., effectively waking the whole neighborhood up. People have complained to their parents so many times, no change. I'm one step away from running over their skateboards with my car. Repeatedly.


When I lived in an appartment, there was this guy (I found out later) who didn't turn his alarm clock off in the morning. So it would make a dreadful noise for about and hour, eccoing between the buildings, EVERY day.
One morning I spent 1½ hour going from building to building and listening at all the doors. I found the place and left him a note - noone was home - and thank god it stopped. (He hadn't been aware that he didn't turn it off right before leaving his flat.)
