If it has the same isbn, you would do an alternate cover edition.

If it has the same ISBN and the same cover, why do you need to add anything?
If the ISBN stayed the same, I would only add the 3. rev changes to the description of the existing book.I don't think that a new entry would be needed here.
Agree...I misunderstood, and thought it was a different cover.
