Angels Fall question

I read this a few years ago and can't remember. Sounds like something was missed in the re-writing and editing.

I liked that book, but I honestly don't have an answer for you. I'd have to look it up.

Having just read it, he said he got caught up, the dog and ball gave him an idea for the book he was writing and meant to just write that, and got wrapped back up in the story and forgot about her coming over.
Just a question... Does anyone else think Brody is a complete ass?? I love him, cuz he's a wiseass to, but he can also be such a dick sometimes, lol! Just my opinion

Yea I don't tink broody said anytin abt sleeping. He got caught up in adding a few more pages to his book that he totalli forgot about reece comin over and cookin dinner.

I think its chapter 14, Brody was cleaning his house because Reece was going over to prepare dinner for the two of them, except he happened to look out the window saw the dog and got distracted by an idea he had for his book so he forgot about the cleaning and reece coming over because he was working on his book. When Reece arrived Brody said that he had gotten and idea for his book. Later in the book brody explains what he wrote in his book. Hope this answers your question.

Yeah I remember - Brody stops cleaning and trots upstairs to write in his WIP how a dog fetching a ball brings back a body-part.

I don't remember him saying he was sleeping...but I may have a different edition.

The focus of his 'WIP' changes with his relationship to Reece. Instead of killing his female character - she becomes the MC.

He says at one point "I was going to kill her, but she's a lot tougher than I thought."

I always thought it was a nice touch.
