A group of kids live near a factory. They go exploring and discover 'Magic Markers' (corny, right) Whatever they write/draw on themselves with the markers, they become that or it makes something else that.

how about, the "villain" replaces the markers all but one of the kids gets stuck as what they draw. the one kid has to go on a long and perilous journey to get the antidote?
