A little too much detail for me to understand or grasp right away. I am sure I have read the details but can not recall!
Well, under the definition of HP hater, I don't know the answer to the question, and it doesn't matter to me to know it either. I was just thinking about that...

There are so many books AHHHHHHH WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO
I first discovered Harry Potter when I was 7 years old and so far, I've read the entire series 8 times but I'm pretty sure I've read the first couple at least 10 times each. I try to read them once a year and I'm currently 17 which means that I'm two years behind ahhhhhh I need to get to it! Has anyone ever gotten bored of Harry Potter, like is that even physically possible? On this planet?
the first time i read the whole series was four years ago and i have read it 7 times

Branch out a little.
I have read the original series Five times and the cursed child twice does it count if i was part of a read aloud?
4 times, and I'm not stopping there. I have to beg my brother to finish reading the series, but he isn't as big a reader as me (yet) and he's had a lot of spoilers.
You know, if your brother isn't a big reader now, I doubt that reading one series is really going to change that.
I think... 10-12 times. If you're talking about the WHOLE series. If the question is specifically about ONE book, then...
Book #1: DEFINITELY more than 15
Book #2: Uhhh... 10-12?
Book #3: About 17.
Book #4: Hmm... Hard one... I think... 14-ish?
Book #5: 11... or twelve.
Book #6: Around 14
Book #7: My favorite (along with the first book)! More than 15. :)
(Yeah, this was the series that REALLYYY got me reading, sooo... XD)

It's actually possible to do that. :)

It's the same book. They published it with different titles in Britain than in America, due to the context of the word's common use.

I think it's really a matter of opinion. I know a few people IRL that stick to HP like super glue and still write A-MAZE-INGLY (Maze Runner forever!), while others read everything under the sun and write trash.
I think the main thing is to read whatever fits you. (Not that you should be reading un-clean stuff, but just read what helps you.) :D

Sure, but it's still good to try something new. I'm not saying that you can only read new books. I'm just suggesting that you try some new things. I think of it like food. You don't try something new, you'll never find a different food that you like. There's so much out there as far as books go, and just reading one series over and over and over again seems kind of like a waste to me. Maybe because I'm not a huge harry potter fan, but still. The whole world doesn't revolve around one series. Branch out a little and try something new. Take a risk. What's life if you just stay inside your little comfort zone bubble? And even if you find that you don't like a certain book, you learn more about your tastes and you can better choose a book in the future. So you really have no point at all. My point is that there are some great books out there that you should really try instead of reading the same series over again. Try it for a year and you might have some different books you're wanting to read again.
And who brought writing into this anyways? Sure, writing can be just fine if you read one series, but that wasn't my point. You do get experience with different writing styles if you read lots of different books though.
Ray Has anyone ever gotten bored of Harry Potter, like is that even physically possible? On this planet? LOL. I was 9 when I discovered science fiction in the 60s. I have tried 2 HP books and 6 movies to comprehend what the hullabaloo is all about. Lois Bujold totally blows JK Rowling away. It must be a kids thing. Like what Star Wars did to 10 year olds in 1977.
Once.I read the whole series in exactly 1 month (not the cursed child, still don't know if I even will read that) last month. However, I am completely obsessed and have every intention to read it another 20 times in my life.
