SOLVED. Childrens book: Young witch is not as good as another witch at witch school

This is a children's book about a young witch that on her first day of witch school meets a witch that is better than her at everything in witch school. one day she gets sick with chicken pox and when she is finally well enough to go back to school she sees that the other witch also had chicken pox. The witches count their spots and the first witch is happy to find that she has more spots. I think after that the two witches become friends. I read this while I was in elementry school so it was latest 1999-2000 when it was published.

It was fairly short and had a picture on the page opposite the text for each page.

I have been to two of my local libraries neither had it but one said they would order it so until I see the book this is going in the possibly solved folder. Again, thanks for all the help!
