this book describes summertime so sweetly. it's about a family who has a visitor for the summer: their young girl cousin. the daughter in the family is very envious of the cousin (then she realizes that her cousin has plenty of troubles with her family). the cousin is beautiful and rebellious. i was born in 1985 and probably read this book when I was 11/12. I remember there was night swimming and sitting on the front porch. Please help!!! :) Thank you!
