Hmmm...I believe both. What I think is, God created a life form, NOT Adam and Eve, and we slowly evolved from that. Well, I also think God created everything....but he made that creature for us to evolve from.

Which is totally cool! It all is awesome....and I dont know what I am....i'm in between....

Don't belive in creation or evolution. Humans hav always been but I wasn't alive then so *shrug*. I wasn't a fish or a monkey but I also didn't come from a dudes rib. I came from a sperm cell fertilizing an egg

There is no evidence for slow evolution from one species to another. There are a lot of vivid imaginations saying that this is what happened. We have been fed a tall tale and are taught to swallow it without thinking.
There is evidence that the evolutionists fail to mention...kind of like "this evidence doesn't fit into evolutionary theory, so we'll put it into a drawer and after billions of years we will know the answer."
There is lots of evidence for Intelligent Design. God has been displaying His handiwork for all to see. Scientists refuse to evaluate the evidence because they are so bent on leaving the supernatural out of the equation.
They know that the universe is expanding so it follows logically that there was a beginning. They call it the Big Bang. What made something come from nothing? There is no reason to believe that something came from nothing unless there was a first cause outside the physical.
Can we point to a Creator?

Um, okay.....I want to believe what I want to believe, and thats what I think and Im sticking by it. Their ARE signs of slow evolution, as a matter of fact....with any animal. They've found giraffee skeletal systems with short necks...How'd they get long? Evolution and natural selection. The tall girafees could reach up to the trees to get food where no one else could, causing them to be healthier and live longer. This too probably close to about 10,000 years to wipe out all the short ones, and then of course the long necked ones have an offspring, and their child is more asseptable to having a long neck, therefore completeing the cycle again. Its not a quick process. This shows that people probably evolved from natural selection too. I do think, thoguh, that there is a creator, God. But, he didnt create humans. He made a lifeform that would evolve into humans, to sort of teach us a lesson. Like the whole story that god turned Adam into a snake, right? He did that to show that he was on the bottom, and the higher power had all the control....to me, my theory is just something that I obviously thought was right, and I never really thought of it another way...

      Ok. I belive in both.
The Bible says that God created the earth. Yes it was made in seven days. But it also said that a second to god is like a million years to us. Plus the Bible never says how long Adam and Eve were in the Garden before they sinned. We have no clue, they most likely didn't age wheile they were in the garden and they couldn't die. God told them when they left that they would then age and die.

It looks like you have done a good job of re-telling what they teach at school. But my hope is that you will learn a bit about what is actually reflected in nature and what is a natural next step if you are honest.
Most of what we have heard about evolution are the stories that fill in the gaps from the evidence. A pigs tooth was the "missing link" until someone actually disputed and proved that it was only the tooth of a pig. All the evidence for evolution can be contained, even today, in a cardboard carton. Even this "proof" comes only with the stories and conjecture and fantasy that is told along side them.
Look up "A Scientific Dissent From Darwinism" on the computer. You will find a list of pages of scientists who have added their names to the list saying that they are "skeptical of the claims for the ability of random mutation and natural selection to account for the complexity of life. Careful examination of the evidence for Darwinian theory should be encouraged."
These men and women are honest scientists willing to look at the evidence and say, no, this doesn't reflect evolution.
On the other hand there is so much evidence for God creating. The fact is that if we took the simplest protein and started randomly mixing the components until we had that protein, we would have 10 to the 164th power different possible combinations. The Big Bang occurred 10 to the 21st power seconds ago. It is just not possible for random mutation and natural selection to account for the complexity of life. This example is one simple protein. We are talking about the chances of evolution producing the complexity of life from human beings to e. coli bacteria.
I would encourage you to read "The Case for the Creator" by Lee Strobel or "I Don't Have Enough Faith to be an Atheist" by Norman L. Geisler & Frank Turek.

The Bible says that God created the heavens and the earth in seven 24 hour days. The Hebrew word for day is Yom - that is a 24 hour day. If the Bible meant something other than a 24 hour day, there is a different word that reflects eons or ages. But Yom is very specific.

Yeah but Adam and eve were just names for the first people and they r just told to explain origanal sin and creation and It goes with that.... And explains the devil and each "bible" for each religion carries out what they believe!!

I don't think that is true. Jesus referred to Adam in His speaking.

Well, I stick by my opinon. Im not knocking God or anything, I said i believed, and yeah, this is told in school, BUT WHO CARES!??!!??!?!! I've heard plenty of explanations, and I like mine. I'm not following it exactly, I just totally believe in natural selection because to me IT MAKES SENSE! Its not just like, a cat needs to jump off a tree, and somehow magically at that moment it can! It takes 1,000-1,000,000 years to make a change. God, in my opinion created the earth and animals, plants, whatever on it. Then, what happened to them was out of his control. And slowly, animals needed to adapt, and since we have variation, some with a special feature lived longer because it helped, while the others died off. Then, the population over time always has that trait. Its easy...

So you believe in a Puny God... The God I follow can do more than just create. He directs His Creation. God made animals to be able to adapt to their situation. They CAN change fron Wolf to Poodle (which is actually a De-evolution since information is LOST in the transformation) But they CAN'T change for Monkey to man.

i don't agree, wolves can not do that. i makes no sence, God has a sence fo humer, we know cuse he made us, he watchs us and helps us when in need.

YES MICRO-Evolution is TRUE! Animals CAN change within their Family But they change OUTSIDE of their family eg. monkeys to man or reptile to bird.

Uh,....Puny God? You lost me....but, I dont know what to believe anymore. My whole thought process on information in a person is screwed up too....Like, I believe that we dont have choices. everything in our life was pre-planned....

As far as I can see you are a Deist... God created the world and then walked away and no longer works we are left to natural causes (like evolution.)
correct me if I'm wrong.

That will help in understanding where you are coming from.
So according to you...
Christ is not the Son of God.
Supernatural Intervention (eg. miracles) is impossible.
Sin is not possible because God cannot Judge since He has left the scene and CANNOT interfere into our lives.
We donot need salvation since we are not sinners.
Correct me if I have mis understood your beliefs.

Well, I dont know about the son of god, but the whole SINS ARE NOT REAL thing, you got me just right.
Why would god create something that he doesn't like or doesn't want us to do? to make us sinenrs? Thats why I believe this. Like, people think gays are sinners. Omg, don't get me started. but, yeah....and I guess we dont need salvation if we are not sinners....

What bible is that?

  What bible is that?

God made man to be with Him in paradise. But He didn't make man a robot. If He made a robot how could that be counted as love? Love is only love when one chooses it. A robot that does everything you say doesn't love you. Love is a choice.
So God gave man the choice to follow and love Him or disobey and suffer the consequences. Man chose to disobey. God set down the rule and the consequence: Don't eat the fruit from the tree in the midst of the garden. On the day you eat of it you will die.
If a father doesn't correct his child, that child will grow up to be willful and disobedient and unhappy. So God, our faithful Father, sent the man out of the garden and pronounced his punishment. At that very same time, He also promised that He would make a way for man to come back to Him in paradise.
One of the first places that Jesus is talked about in the Bible is in Genesis 3. God, speaking to the devil says: He shall bruise your head and you shall bruise his heel. That is how God sees Jesus dying on the cross - just a bruised heel. But the death of Jesus, the perfect, sinless Savior, took death away from the devil. It was the devil's main weapon against us.
You see, man was not supposed to die. But when Adam and Eve ate the fruit, death was introduced into the world. They didn't actually fall over and die that very day, but they were destined to die rather than to live forever.
Now, when one believes in Jesus, God gives them eternal life in Christ. They will one day live with God again in Paradise.
God wants us to seek Him. God wants us to understand Him. But we have to take the initiative. God allows us to understand Him!
All the words of my mouth are righteous;
there is nothing twisted or crooked in them.
They are all straight to him who understands,
and right to those who find knowledge. Proverbs 8:8-9

Personally, and like ive said before, I don't think we have a choice. We just have a master plan programmed into us that god created, aour life, I mean, and we just go along, thinking we are making choices but its all preplanned...
