Thinking of starting on the Work and the Glory...

I have been eyeing this series for awhile.... and it gets a little more daunting as it grows and grows... and the books themselves look BIG!

Is this a good series? I thought the historical side of it might be interesting ....

Jenn, I enjoyed this series. The books may look big, but they are not difficult, and they are quick paced- they actually go by quickly.

I agree. I learned sooo much from reading these books. You'll fall in love with the characters so easily and the books will go by so quickly. Definately go for it!
