Me: Ooh, better idea. For our engaging RP (as opposed to the fluffy one) we could do a trial with one of them and Rosabel. That way, two characters at once can get development.

Me: I think, for the moment, we ought to do Rosabel's (you can pick who goes with her) and Elinore. I'll start both.

Me: Alright. I don't know anything about this Rosabel, and so I'll take a crap-shoot and say pair Riley with her?
Thanks much, darling.
Thanks much, darling.
Me: Quick rundown. Rosabel St. John is a sixteen-year-old girl from a very, very Catholic family, and for years she was the pride and joy of her parents, a gift from God, everything a young girl should and could be. Pious and quiet and overwhelmingly faithful, charitable, kind but with no patience for sinners. Hers was, unfortunately, a double-sided life. See, the poor girl is not only bisexual but also something of a sadist, and these things--these sins--horrify and disgust her to her core. She does her best to repress both at all cost. But sometimes, things slip out. At one time, something did. I don't know what, but it was bad, and her parents immediately took drastic action and sent her straight here. Rosabel didn't fight them. She wants herself "cured" (though as we both know, there is no cure for either qualm) as quickly as possible. Still as devoted as ever and hating herself, she struggles with the occasional bout of self-harm and cannot, no matter how hard she tries, quit her habit of dissecting and mutilating ragdolls she makes, especially when she doesn't like the person in whose likeness she made them. It's a coping mechanism, of a sort, and better dolls than people, but the fact that her urges (both to lust and hurt) remain terrifies her. She doesn't know what to do about it. But another part of her does--and that part is not so nice.

Me: I won't be here much tomorrow, because I have practice, and then Tuesday I start the grind of school again so I will be a bit more fleeting.
Me: What a pity. I'll be on a bit tomorrow; I'd hoped you might be too. Ah well.
On another note, it's two in the goddamn morning and sleep is as flighty a vixen as any I have ever known. Sigh.

Me: I am sorry, my darling :/ I'd offer to stay up with you but, as I already said, I have practice tomorrow.
Me: That's all right. Get your rest, Iso love. Your responses shall come at some point this day.

Me: Good god that was the biggest surprise I've ever seen coming on this website! I'll reply after practice, dear, and then I'll begin writing the little scene in Samuel's dorm, and then we just await the creation of Erin.
Me: *crosses fingers that the gray will stay away long enough for me to actually write my friggin characters*

Me: So my winter drumline show this year is about superheroes, and we all need an iconic superhero to dress up as, and LET ME TELL YOU how offensive all superheroines are. There's one called Striperella.

Me: Right? Ooh, Sera, speaking of! I ordered A World of Ice and Fire as well as all of the books and they all came in today and I'm SO EXCITED.
Hope, I have an awful migraine, and so replies may come much later than expected. Don't wait up for me, darling!

Me: I've had an idea I am fairly fond of, and so tomorrow, once I get home, remind me to tell you of Ophelia Mira Ayers (I'm not sure if I'm gonna stick with that name).
Me: Ooh, can do. I like your Samuel post, by the way.
Jason: *incredulous* All that over a goddamn rabbit? Jesus, what are you, twelve? Grow some balls.
Me: Now, Jason. Don't be unkind.

Me: That is quite alright, we have ALL the time in the world to tear Samuel apart.
So shall I tell you of Ophelia? She will be difficult to manage if we bring her here, but I think she will be interesting nonetheless.

Also, will you be on at all tonight, think you?

Me: Not so much for the patients, but instead for us.
Ophelia Goode, I've decided, had nothing decidedly wrong with her. No dark urges, nothing that is typical from the asylum. A severe brain injury that I will go into more detail with in the character sheet, led her to see her world as a musical. There are three ways to go:
1) Ophelia hears everything in song, even though she and her counterpart would be talking normally, but that would make RP's difficult, as we need well-known songs between the two of us, yknow?
2) The other person in an RP speaks normal, but Ophelia sings, and she hears them as singing even though they don't. This would only require MY musical knowledge, which is pretty good.
3) She only occasionally lapses into these musical moments.
I'm inclined to option 2, because it would make it easier on both our parts, as musicals are not my issue at all. Ideas? This is just a vague outline of her.
And yes, I will be, indeed. After 5, more than likely.

Me: She reminds me a lot of my old character, Miriam. Brain damage caused by a car accident gave her amnesia/short-term memory loss and semi-catatonic symptoms, and she sang everything she spoke. I will warn you against having nothing else to flesh Ophelia out, because believe me, it grew very tiresome and difficult to RP.
As to the rest, hooray! I'm quite the fan of both our current RPs.

Hope, I know I promised I'd be on, but my physics homework did not go as smoothly as planned and I essentially had the first of many mental breakdowns and its been a rough night. I apologize, I'll reply later.

Me: And, my week from now on is super busy. Tomorrow I have rehearsal until 6, Thursday a lesson until 7, Friday rehearsal until 6. Saturday I have rehearsal in the morning and then not much after that. And Sunday my friend and I are gonna do some college stuff together. So I'll be on a little, like, VERY LITTLE, in these next few days.
