Me: Evander Bell. His name here would be Evander Navarre Victore. Estelle's brother, he probably lost it when his little sister got kidnapped. He came to the asylum the year after she got kidnapped, and was dropped down a deeper hole when she came to join him a few years later.

Honestly, he's just TERRIFYING. He's cold, and heartless. Back in CAD, he was a son of Phobos and he rather enjoyed tormenting the camper's. He has a knack of picking up on everyone's fears and playing it against them. He's intimidating and tall and lanky and absolutely nobody can get through to him.

He sounds remarkably similar to a character I have in my head for another roleplay, named Saul. A necromancer--and definitely a little whacked.
