Me: Chloroform Heavy colorless liquid. Nice smell. Used as anaesthetic, and to render a victim unconsious. However, it's not easy to cholorform a sleeping victim without waking them, and it can take up to 15 minutes to knock the victim out. Victim often convulses as the drug takes effect. Skin blisters on face, where choloroform is in contact with the skin. Prolonged inhalation leads to death by heart failure, and ingestion by heart and liver failure.
Chloral Hydrate is related. It is usually ingested and, in small doses, can knock someone out very quickly if, for example, placed in their drink. Larger doses cause death by heart and lung failure

Me: Oooh, I like the idea of aspirin poisoning. XD
Of course, we won't need to worry about post-mortem appearances because Raven is not going to die. We could put him in a coma, though, and have everybody panic for a short while before he wakes up.

Me: Wait, no we can't. Coma is a symptom of acute poisoning, which also causes a bunch of organ failure and stuff, and I refuse to go there. XD
Mild poisoning will have to suffice.

Me: Right, I don't want him to die either. Could we do a poison that has the symptoms, but Drake can save him before the poison settles in too far and he reaches coma/death?
Me: I told you, he's not getting organ failure either. No acute aspirin poisoning. I want him to be miserable, not...dead-y. Mild aspirin poisoning can accomplish that by itself. XD
Unless I'm completely misunderstanding your question.

Me: Well I'm just thinking that organ failure is usually one of the last stages of poison side effects before death. I was thinking saving him before that, too.
Me: If we go as far as coma, though, organ failure is also extremely likely. They go hand-in-hand with acute poisoning, and you really can't make mild poisoning much more severe before you get to acute.

Me: Oh, you actually want to out him into a coma? I thought you just wanted to poison him and save him.
Me: I do. I'm trying to convince you not to send him into acute poisoning and, by extension, coma. :P

Me: I don't want him in a coma, either. I'm just wondering -because the poisons don't works very quickly- if we can pick whatever poison we like best and before he gets to the stage of organ failure and coma, he can be saved by the nurse.
Me: Oh. The only issue I have with that is everything else we've come up with involves too much suffering. Again, I want him miserable, not wishing he were dead.
Nausea/vomiting/dizziness/headache/ringing in the ears/lasting drowsiness caused by mild aspirin poisoning is enough, I'm telling you. XD

Me: okay, got you now. The aspirin poison I thought was fairly mild, although it does make him slip into a coma, there's no organ failure.
Me: I thought there was. Herat or kidney or something.
Point is, mild aspirin poisoning is how we're doing this. I overrule all objections on the grounds that this is my character we're talking about. XD

Me: I don't have any problems with that. XD
Ummm the only thing it says about liver or heart is it gives a 'post-motem appearance' and the live and heart are degernated.

Me: Umm... Is the hallway taken?
If you still don't like that, I found this poison. There's no organ failure or coma, but there are convulsions and respiratory problems if not treated within three or four days.
Metaldehyde Found in camping stove fuel and slug pellets. Doesn't taste too nasty, but soon leads to vomiting. Then restlessless, tremors of the arms, mild delirium. Then cramps and convulsions, unconsiousness, coma. Death is from respiratory failure and comes within 3 or 4 days.

Me: You're RPing with Sea in the hallway.
That also sounds interesting. Of course, it would be discovered within 24 hours at most, so we'd probably stop at the restlessness/tremors/vomiting/delirium. Yes?

Me: You're in the cafeteria too, and I think the rooftop is getting too much activity lately (Kat said a while ago that everybody shouldn't be finding their way up there.)
How severe can the delirium get? Do you know? Because real bad delirium can result in delusions or hallucinations, moderate delirium leads to an inability to speak fluently (trouble remembering names, faces, inability to articulate properly) and rambling, while mild delirium only results in confusion/hypo or hyperactivity, disturbed sleep cycles, and decreased motor/cognitive function. Which level would be affecting Raven should we use metaldehyde?

Me: The information I have is hat I copied and pasted from the website. I'm sure we can research the poison and get more information.
Umm... I don know, then. I'm in a lot of places now. -.-

Me: I still have to research metaldehyde and figure out the specifics of the delirium it causes. And if I don't like it, then we're going with aspirin poisioning.

I would love an RP. Any in mind?
And basement?
That's a lot of instruments and a lot of stuff I don't understand. XD the guitar is too complicated for me, I don't know how you keep it all straight.
