Me: There's an endless number of ways to do it. If you want to be subtle, you could just make her a little paranoid, by being vague and strange in general. But a bigger breakdown would be more easily achievable if Roxie mentioned Silas. You know, mentions offhand that she knows about how things really are between them and uses the information to taunt Cat.
