Okay well it's kind of inspired after reading Carrie, by Stephen King. Hope, if you haven't read it yet, don't read this post. :) Potential spoiler alerts.

In the book, a mother is completely crazed by her Christian religion, and basically abused her daughter into following the religion, which I think is why she has TK in the first place, though the book says different. Well, anyways, I'm making a character that is abusing her daughter if she doesn't follow Christianity like totally straight from the bible. She wants to preserve her daughter in hopes of making her the next Mary so her Lord and Savior can come back like the bible says he will. Eventually the daughter snaps, and takes the Ten Commandments and purposely disobeys them, including the one that says not to murder as a sort of revenge towards her mother for abusing her all those years of her childhood.

Me: It was very, very windy and the particular beach we were on was the type covered in hard little shells fragments--that's all there was. So it kept whipping me, everywhere. I hated it.
