Has anyone finished the latest Ilona Andrews book? I'm afraid to. They said that it reads like it is the end of the series though they are contracted to do 3 more in the series but they are going to do it possibly with other characters. I don't want it to be the last Kate and Curran book :(

I just finished A Cursed Bloodline by Cecy Robson
. I think this was the fourth book in this series. I liked it but it was a lot darker than the other books in the series. In the previous books, the interactions between all of the series kept me laughing through out the entire book. However, in this book the main character is forced to separate from those she loves in order to save their lives. Definitely a darker tone in this book.

Jessica, did you know that Cecy Robson lives around us somewhere? She says the Charlotte area is where she lives.

I did not care for it either.

I did not know that! I wonder if she does any of the local conventions?

Like her on Facebook and ask her!
I got my hands on an early release of
Vision in Silver by Anne Bishop. This is the 3rd book in this series and it does not disappoint. A fanatic faction of humans have decided that they should not have to follow the rules set by the Others. Their prejudice has started a war that could change the world. Will the Others allow the humans to live or will they wipe out their existence?
When Meg stumbled into the Courtyard she was seeking refuge. Little did she know that her innocence could help persuade the Others that not all humans are bigoted killers. Is her friendship enough to convince the Others to spare the humans? Or will she be one of the only humans left to carry on?

I tried this a while back and could not get into it. However, I could have been in a book funk where nothing would make me happy except my favorite authors so I may need to pick it back up.
