Language policy in translated books

I have the book "Een vuurplaats in steen" by Jean M. Auel. This is the Dutch translation of the book "The Shelters of Stone".

The primary language in the book is: Dutch; Flemish, while the description of the book is in English.

What is the policy for these things. Do I 'need' to change the description to the Dutch description or do I leave the Englisch description?

If you have a Dutch one, that's preferred for a Dutch edition. If we don't have a description in the language of the book, then one in English is fine.
