Tyler I think he left his home to see what the forests like.

Jenna F I think he didnt want to turn fat like his friend so he left to explore and if you notice was really young so that means he was considered a "Curious Kitten" and was very adventorous.

Headphones/God'sGirl7 I think he left for many reasons. (1) when he dreamed, he dreamed of being wild. and that must've come from somewhere. (father was wild-born?) (2) he didn't want to be like Henry, fat, lazy, and not having adventures anymore. (3) he didn't feel WHOLE at his twoleg's home. it was too confined for him.

and i don't think for a second that he ever regretted his decision. :)

hope this helps Karen!! ;)

yojharobed || I have no sword. I don't need a sword. Because I am the Doctor and this is my spoon. En garde! His father WAS wildborn. Firestar's father was Pinestar, who was born in the wild and who died (8 times) in the wild.

Carson When did they say his father was Pinestar?

Here is a discussion about it. srry bout the lang.

Gleb Because he had a mgaical dream, LOL.

Headphones/God'sGirl7 Yeah, I know Deborah. :) and I still think that it's pretty coo..l. :D

Crowleaf Boredom, and curiosity.

Sorry, their father was actually Jake. My mistake. ;D

Gleb Kinda like...why does Pinestar become a kittypet?

Headphones/God'sGirl7 He left cause he was feeling old and he was on his last life. ;) he didn't wanna die in short... At least that's what I got... It's in Bluestar's prophecy

message 64: by Gleb (new) - rated it 5 stars

Gleb But for a warrior to become a kittypet is against the warrior code isn't it?

Headphones/God'sGirl7 Yeah, that's why he left. He had been visiting a human and realized that he couldn't live two lives. Not to mention they totally oppose each other... (the lives)

message 66: by [deleted user] (new)

I think he was sick of his life and wanted to know what other life was out there.....that's my opinion

Tyler yeh

Annie He left his home with twolegs because he was unsatisfied with his life there, he couldn't stop the dream of living in the wild, and being able to live free. He thought that it was worth leaving his ife to try something new. I wouldn't blame him either, that cat food must be gross!

Tyler haha I agree

message 70: by [deleted user] (new)

I think Rusty left his comfy kittypet life because he knew somehow that being a warrior was more than just the game of survival, and that there were more opportunities for him out in the wild. :)

Hollyleaf I don't mean to burst anyones bubble, but it said why in Into the Wild. The dreams from StarClan, he was the Fire to save the Clan.

Tyler ya.

message 73: by [deleted user] (new)

Yes. "Fire alone can save our clan."

Tyler I wish I could go into the book

message 75: by [deleted user] (new)

Yeah, that would be pretty awesome if you could do that.

Tyler I would want to be fireheart

message 77: by [deleted user] (new)

I would be Yellowfang, or maybe Sandstorm.

Tyler I might want to be runningwind

message 79: by Cherry (new)

Cherry i believe that rusty left his cushy life because of the thrill of the hunt, catching the mouse at the beginning, and then seeing graypaw, whitestorm and bluestar gave him to opportunity to go and be different. of course, it could also be his friend that got 'fixed' who convinced him to go.

message 80: by [deleted user] (new)

Runningwind is cool.

Tyler He is a good warrior

Chelsea Just think, if you were a cat stuck in a house all day, every day, you'd probably yearn for some adventure! Rusty wanted to get out and explore, and so he did!

Tyler yea yea yea

message 84: by [deleted user] (new)

Runningwind is a good warrior, I was sad about what happened to him in Rising Storm.

Tyler DON'T TELL ME. I haven't read it yet

message 86: by [deleted user] (new)

I won't, don't worry. :)

Tyler is it exciting, or is it sad

message 88: by [deleted user] (new)

I thought it was kinda sad.

Tyler then i probably know what happens

message 90: by [deleted user] (new)

Yeah...

Tyler does he die??????????

message 92: by [deleted user] (new)

Yes, unfortunately so. ~teardrop~

message 93: by [deleted user] (new)

Even though Rusty was a house cat, he was born to live in the wild

Sylvanas Windrunner according to what I've read, he left to become a warrior..because it was his destiny to become Firepaw/Fireheart/Firestar..no matter what it took, he had to..with him, there would be no series..without him..there would be no Thunder Clan..

message 95: by [deleted user] (new)

Yeah..that is true

Tyler I agree

message 97: by [deleted user] (new)

he needed to actually do something fun and he probably just needed to get out there

message 98: by [deleted user] (new)

If I was Rusty, I would have made the same choice he did to leave his old home. :)

message 99: by [deleted user] (new)

same here

message 100: by [deleted user] (new)

Everybody needs a little bit of action in their lives. :)
