    "Hot Days of Summer" Challenge

I got a bit behind too Sarah. I finally have a day off so I can finish up my 'cool breeze' book today. For this week I will be reading
for my 'hot shots (dragon shifter)' book.Enjoy your books ladies!
Doing some catching up, I'll be reading

 for Cool Pad and

for Cool Breeze. Then I'll be up to date, till at least Sunday. LOL

I really need to catch up.....didn't manage to read my book for last week and still need to pick out something for this week! Unfortunately, out of all the books on my "Gotta read it NOW" pile, none of them works for any of my remaining categories. DRATS!SIGH.....now I'm forced to actually peruse my TBR books. It's tough, really tough! I mean, think of the sacrifice I am making by spending my time searching diligently thru stacks and stacks of books just to find things to fit this challenge......all those abs.....and sultry glances......just hope BOB has fresh batteries!
Hey Dana - next time can we just do 13 weeks of hot, nekkid men?????? That's easy!
Cindy (eclecticfirefly) wrote: "I really need to catch up.....didn't manage to read my book for last week and still need to pick out something for this week! Unfortunately, out of all the books on my "Gotta read it NOW" pile, no..."LOL Love it!
BTW Cindy I know how you feel, I have to find a book set in a cool location, a book that has a form of air in the title, and a book with a form of water in the title! Help! I can't think of anything right now that fits :(Any suggestions?
So this probably a stupid question but I just want to make sure I get it right. It says bodies of water in the title but can Water for Elephants count? I know specifically it's not a body of water.

I have Storm's Faeries for form of air in the title.....sure hoping it will work!I'm stuck on the others too......Bayou Moon would work for form of water and I'll probably use that one. Cool location - do you have anything set in space? Can't get much cooler than that!
@Sarah - Not sure if it works for the category, but "Water for Elephants" is a really good book thats definately worth reading... Very touching and works the heart strings...

I have Storm Glass by Maria V. Snyder so I think that will be my choice for this week. It fulfills the Cool Breeze category.

Bayou, storm...all those work. Water for Elephants is just fine with me!Great suggestion list Sandra. :)
      Would

count for Hot & Spicy? I know it isn't technically eating, but it is still consuming something in your mouth :D I am really struggling with Hot & Spicy and Cool Dip, but I will get there.

I'm way behind and apologize. I'll look through my books to see what may fit my missed wks and update my list soon.

UPDATE: I didn't get a book read for week 10 due to family holiday, but I did read

(cool shades) for week 11. I'm not currently reading something that qualifies for week 12, but hopefully I will before the end of the week.

I had to do some rearranging so for last week I'm reading Of Light and Darkness by Shayne Leighton for Cool Pad, this week I'll be reading Storm Glass by Maria V. Snyder for Cool Breeze, and lastly, Sea Glass by Maria V. Snyder for Cool Dip.

I got a little behind myself so I still have to finish up my book for last week,

for Cool Treat (ice and snow pictured). I have read other items by Carol Berg and really liked them so I am hoping this is as good. For this week my choice is
for Cool Dip. It looks like this series might be the two things I really like in my PNR, smokin' hot and fun! :)The summer is almost over! :( Read like the wind ladies. :D
And for my final "Hot Days of Summer" book and for Cool treat I'm reading:

. Does this mean that summers over??

Yeah!! Challenge completed!13 of 13 Completed
Thanks Erato! This was a fun challenge, now are you going to host another one?
Yeah Lis! WTG on completing the challenge!Summer lasts for you as long as you can still romp around outside in your shorts and still turn brown instead of blue. ;)
Thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Yes, I think I will host another...this is fun!
For our last week I will be reading

for Hot Bodies. For anyone who likes straight fantasy, I read a duology this week by Carol Berg that was just awesome.
 and

 were excellent!

Yay, Lis! I'm so behind on this one. I'll update my original post soon. Dana, can we read after a week is over for that week's book or once the week is over SOL?
Oh yeah. the spirit is to finish one a week (like our games) but RL is a killer! No prpoblem on catching up. :)

Phew! Challenge complete, this was a fun but tough one Erato, thanks for putting this challenge on the board. All info posted in #52, I got behind (way behind) in posting individual book info, but it is all in my main post.

WTG Heather! It was tough to keep up with, (I've struggled too), but had fun giving it a go!
I learned a valuable lesson from my first challenge experience....summer is way to busy for weekly book requirements! ;D LOL
Congrats Heather! Lol, same, it's been the most challenging challenge.I used
 for cool shades and

for hot house (a lot of time was spent in the Amazon rainforest). I've still got 3 left to go (!), so I'm not sure I will actually finish this challenge by the 3rd but I'll do as much as I can :)

Well...haven't been able to post much on a weekly basis, but was happily reading in the background! Finished off with
for Hot Bodies! (Though I think Dmitri is a LOT hotter than his cover...)Completed challenge in my original post
