Who did you by the e-reader from? I'd be contact the brand name of the one that you own. Probably not the first one who's cracked a e-screen before so they've probably got some answers. I hope that is some help.

Welcome Kimmy!! I can't help you, but we have lots of people who would be able to point you in the right direction! Good luck with getting it mended :)

I've heard they are hopeless to get help from, but I believe most of their ereaders are LED screens so should be able to be done by a mobile phone or TV screen repair place

Yeah I tried taking it back to Dick Smith, but they said they dont repair cracked screens....only had it a month when it happened, even under warranty they didnt even tell me who to go to repair it...was so annoyed with them.

Thanks for everyones help
You should go back to the trader you purchased it from as long as the cracked screen is a fault with the product and not something you have done they are obliged to repair, refund or replace the faulty product. If they don't after a verbal discussion put it in writing to the trader and give them 10 working days to respond if they don't respond or you are not happy with the response then put in a complaint with your local fair trading office. This is only if the crack was not caused by you though :)

I'm new should havent commented in introductions first...but I just wanted to ask
if anyone knows a place that can fix cracked screens on E readers ?
If anyone can help I'd be the happiest little cupcake ever !!
Thanks
