I have a question about the German language. Is it as easy learning as Spanish?

That's a loaded question, Ronyell. Many people think that German is quite difficult, but I do not think that is necessarily true. It does have the tendency to have complicated sentences and you have to remember the gender of vocabulary words. And unlike English, you do have to be aware of grammar, you have to know the different case endings etc. Since you mention Spanish, German is similar to Spanish that each form of the verb must be conjugated (you know in English the only form of the verb generally has an ending is third person singular: I draw he draws (in German you would say ich male er malt). If you are interested in learning German, there are some good textbooks available, Treffpunkt Deutsch: Grundstufe is excellent, and for learning essential grammar, English Grammar for Students of German.
Thank you so much Gundula! I never knew much about the German language! I'll have to check those books out!

Good book for "reading knowledge" of German are German Quickly: A Grammar for Reading German and German for Reading Knowledge. The first one looks quite good.

good luck with your arabic. I knew several people who have tried to learn that as adults and it's not easy because of the different dialects (syrian/egyptian/iraqi) & the different letter system.
The people that i know who did manage to learn went through a several months long program in syria.
As for english, learn the basic rules and then watch english movies and read books... that helped me out a lot when i was learning it

I'll second Sara's suggestion. Read books. Lots and lots of books. Most of my knowledge of English words and grammar comes from my decades of reading...and I edit for a living.

How do you like it? If you have any grammar questions, post them here.

But I'll try."
You might want to also try English Grammar for Students of German (I used to recommend that to my students)

I find that whether a language is easy or not has a lot to do with how much you love that language and how motivated you are to learn it.
I'm finding Hindi do-able even though it is very different from English because I enjoy it so much and I have specific materials that I'm motivated to want to be able to read.
