Wrestler hooks up with this lady, takes her to his home where he has a compound of other big cats. One scene he is talking to her outside his car while his big cat is watching from inside the car. In another, the wrestler is surprised to find her inside the big cat pen playing with one of them. His wrestling name may be something like Beast Master. Red cover but not sure what series of Harlequin it is.

I haven't read this, so I don't know if the details match, but could it be "Beauty and the Beastmaster" by Carol Devine? It's in the Harlequin Silhouette Desire line.
