I have also tried to incorporate more kinds of grains into my diet (barley, millet, farro, quinoa).


I live in Orlando, just minutes from our great little Vietnamese area with access to great Asian markets and restaurants, so obtaining the right one wouldn't be a problem. What would you recommend?

Their general purpose is to help you make healthier choices regarding food and drink. After I read them, I decided to make some changes to my own family's diet. But what I was wondering was if we'd actually like the newer, healthier option, because let's face it - it's not going to make any difference in our diet if we don't like it enough to actually eat it.
I thought it would be interesting to list some of the old and new (and hopefully better) products in this section as we taste test our way through them.
Have you made any changes in your diet? Switched products for the better? Or for the worse? Share your experiences and opinions here.
Things that I'm eventually switching (as soon as we get low enough on the current product) are peanut butter, mayo, soy sauce, and pasta. As we switch, I'll post thoughts here. Please feel free to add your own comments and threads.
