NoveList description: "Kate finds life dreary in her small Nevada desert town until contact with an Indian artifact sends her visions of a restless shaman from the past, visions which eventually drag her and her friend Jimmy Fong into that far distant Nevada."

Lisa Vegan (lisavegan) | 1396 comments Thanks, Abigail. Yes, I'm moving it to that folder.

Actually, since we have no idea of the original content of the query, perhaps these type should be deleted, but I'm reluctant to delete members' comments.

Abigail (handmaiden) | 391 comments In cases such as this, where not only will there never be confirmation of a solved book, but members also no longer even know much, if anything, about the book that was being sought, I don't have any problem with the entire thread being deleted.

Ditto a thread like this: http://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/6... where the op has deleted their Goodreads account and there are also no book suggestions in the replies.

Maybe this would be a good question to pose in the "Group Suggestions" folder?

Lisa Vegan (lisavegan) | 1396 comments Abigail, Good idea.

If we get no objections within a short period of time, please (again) alert us/the mods to all these types of threads you can find.

And I'll be happy to delete the entire threads. It does seem silly to keep them around.

Thanks!

Cheryl (cherylllr) I, personally, think this thread is right where it belongs. The subject line does give information, and the suggestion seems quite likely to be correct.
