Another new member here! I'm Linda from Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, UK. This is my hometown and I've lived here mostly but also lived for some time in Liverpool, Merseyside and in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. I seem to be one of a few Brits on here!
I am from Saxony in Germany =) I guess, that makes me a little bit of an outsider here. However I lived for a year in Iowa ;)

Hey everyone! I'm from a small town in Norway (about 14.000 inhabitants). It's pretty boring, but I'm hopefully moving to London in the fall!

Believe me, it's not all it's cracked up to be! Everything costs more than anywhere else, housing is a fortune, food too! I worked in Manhattan for years and enjoyed it at the time, but then went to work in the suburbs (so much better). Looking forward to a more relaxed, quiet and laid back way of life!

We're just currently trying to plan a trip over that way for the end of the year. We're trying to decide between LA/Vegas etc or New York etc. No time to do it all this time unfortunately :(

Um... I'm from many places. My dad was in the Navy. I spent about 8 years in Annapolis, MD and then another 8 in Charleston, SC, so I usually pick one of those as my hometown. I've been moving around since birth and married a Navy guy who keeps moving me around, too. I enjoy it, though. Right now, I'm in a very small town south of Atlanta, GA. =)Marla, I visited Alberta when I younger to see the Calgary Stampedes.I thought it was BEAUTIFUL there. =)
I come from Aix-en-Provence (France) even though I live in Paris right now.
Currently living in Port Huron, MI. It's beautiful here. I love being near the water, it's so calming, and tranquil. Love to walk my dogs near the beach and or the boardwalk. Plenty of opportunities for wonderful snapshots! I never tire of taking pictures of the Blue Water Bridge.
I live in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, near Charleston.
I am a good little Southern belle right out of South Carolina as well. Born and raised and still living there.

I think that is why I like this state so much. Nothing is really that far away. It is easy to travel just in the state itself so you don't always have to be stuck at home.
Yeah, me, too. It's really easy to go anywhere you want to, especially from Columbia. If you want to go to the beach, you're there in a couple of hours. Same thing if you want to go to the mountains.

It was during my six day mad dash around Ireland, which just so happened to coincide with St Patrick's Day. We stayed in a backpackers with a red door and drank Kilkenny in a cosy wee pub down the road. A gorgeous wee town.

I am from PA and live about an hour from Pittsburgh.
I live in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I'm going to college in West Chester, Pennsylvania though--it's a bit further to Philly than where I live.
