Which was the best book in the series?

I havn't read all of the books, I started with Breaking Dawn. In your opinion, which was the best? Why????

My favorite was actually Breaking Dawn. Maybe because I'm more of a PNR or fantasy reader, but this book had the most action, Bella's matyr personality finally made sense as did Jake's obsession with her. There was a lot left undone, but overall, I was pretty happy with it.
I actually enjoyed all 4 books equally.
i think eclispe is the best in the series but i still like the rest
Breaking Dawn is my favorite in the Twilight series. While I enjoyed the end of Eclipse I really just enjoyed the wedding, Esme's Island, the feathers and Renesmee! I really just enjoyed the happy things and even the fight and action I enjoyed reading about Bella's power and there was just so much more to this book than I think of any Twilight book and you really go to look even deeper into the characters. Although, I do have to saw Twilight and Eclipse were wonderful too. I just love the whole series.

Defo Breaking Dawn, altho for sure Twilight was absolutely key as the first novel and thus Number "1b" for me. In my mind, New Moon and Eclipse were just bridges to the epic and deliciously long finale of Breaking Dawn. As for the movies I still love to watch Twilight as one of the sweetest developing-love stories I've ever seen or read. But Breaking Dawn (despite the fact that I can agree with some of the criticisms) just blew me away. I couldn't put it down, and even with my limited time for reading, on the second day I went through 400 pages. But then I PANICKED because I did NOT want to finish it too quickly. And I wish I could re-read it again without knowing how all of it would turn out. Breaking Dawn is in my all-time top 5 percent of all the books I've ever read. I say this having read the original Bram Stoker's Dracula at age 15 and still consider it one of the modern literary world's finest classics. So in that light the Twilight series is almost a heresy. But I can easily manage saying that I love both the old and the new equally, and (so far) Breaking Dawn is the creme de la creme for Stephanie Meyers.
Breaking Dawn was the best of the Twilight series by far it goes in to more details and has more action in it than the rest. Eclipse was the second best in the book series I loved how they went in to jasper carator more hes my fav in the books
There are different things I like about each book, I can't pick just one to be my #1 favorite!

Eclipse, thought the ending of Breaking Dawn was a let down so in order they would be Eclipse, Twilight, New Moon, Breaking Dawn, Bree Tanner but think my fave will be Midnight Sun IF it ever gets finished !

I think Breaking Dawn was the best tells you the rest of the story and i love how Edward and Bella are truly happy. I love how it gives you more of an idea of whats going on, i like how Jacob imprints, that is cute. I hope that movie is good as the book, it probably won't be, but we will have to see.
New Moon. Because is the one where Jacob comes out the most.

Its hard to decide but I think that would be eclipse because jacob's not in there as much and also breaking dawn but i think breaking dawn could have been a whole lot better if it wasn't so rushed. my least favorite was new moon because jacob was in it to much and i'm team cullen all the way!!!

ya i still think breaking dawn... imen so much happens like the baby , the wedding and bella finally turns into a vampire(:(;
i think they should get the writter back on her stoll and pop out a 5th book.......

yeah your right so much does happen but she could have made it alot better if she slowed down don't get wrong though i totally love the series i'm team cullen and have read them coutless number of times and i am wanting her to write at least several more books but because she sped through breaking dawn and the plot to me has errors that she could have avoided by not going so fast would be better so my fav because of that is the third one eclipse.
i still think breaking dawn........ but you have A POINT i mean she could have worked a bit harder in new moon.
i felt New Moon was the most boring.
The best and the worst is breaking dawn... It's the best because it has the most twist and turns... Finally Bella and Edward got married... Bella got pregnant... And she became a vampire... Not to mention how Rosalie stood beside her throughout the pregnancy... And Charlie finally knew the mystery behind the Cullens... Jacob and Edward finally had a good relationship.. remember in book 1-3 how Jacob wanted to kill Edward? I'm also proud of Seth's character.. He was such a nice kid... This book was also the worst! why? Because this book meant "no more twilight series!"... I would definitely miss all of it... I really love the plot of this series...

yeah jake is cute but i like the old timey sweet gentlemen so jake gets on my last nerves and thats why i'm team cullen

I love Edward... I loved the way he loves Bella... Like Kelsey, I like "the old timey sweet gentlemen"... But I admit... taylor L is really really cute... Whenever I read the parts about Jacob, I can't help but imagine his face... Sooooo cute! But I'm still team Cullen...
