wow, I'm so out of it that I didn't realize we're reading Ghost Brigades in Feb... so, yay! I planned on reading it next month. for once I can actually join a book discussion for a book I'm currently reading that's not a part of the Vorkosigan Saga.
I just finished Falling Free, so I am still at least 2 behind (Memory and Mirror Dance, I think).
so yes! if you want to take it, I would love that. I get a month off, yay!

Where are we for March? I can take Redshirts, if no one else wants it. (My library has almost none of the Vorkosigan books - grrrr.)
Anybody have any April preferences? I plan to read both, so I can do whatever, do either of you want to have a go?
one more month off, please. I will be back on track for May and Vorkosigan. I promise! had to take a break from the series for a bit so that I didn't tire of it. but I'm back in now with Mirror Dance, and the magic is definitely still there. I can see myself breezing through them pretty easily in April since I have some work trips coming up.
I can do the non-Vorkosigan one - same library problems as I always have. The other is Flowers for Algernon?
well, you nominated The Demolished Man, and I nominated Downbelow Station, so I say let's do that and give mark July off.
Mark do you want to do the Dawn trilogy starting in August?

I don't mind doing all of the Butler trilogy, unless someone else wants to. I just finished the first book and really enjoyed it.
I want to read them, but I haven't gotten to yet, so I don't know if I would want to start with the second. :)
How are we doing October? mark, you've been doing all the Butlers, but the Delany's your moderator's choice, right?
it is! although it would mean I am doing both threads in October, I can also continue with the Butler. I just started the second book and am enjoying it as much as the first.
but I'm happy not to do it as well. whatever you both want is fine with me.

Do you want to do both, then have a couple of months off? I haven't been following along with the Butlers so far, so I'm a little leery of picking it up with the third book. (I intend to get to them, though!)
I have been doing the butlers, so I could if you need to, or you could have the next 2 months off!
if you've been doing the Butlers, how about you handle the 3rd one in October and I'll just stick with Nova.
Which means I have to take one of the November books! Which I am glad to do. However, my library doesn't have Dreamsnake. *sigh*
Can I take Sirens of Titan?
Can I take Sirens of Titan?
Oh, of course. My local library has neither of the books for next month, and it is definitely still my turn to moderate, since I had a couple of months off. Can we decide now so I have time to order a copy of whichever?
I am happy to do either!
I am happy to do either!
Great. I'll take Hammered, then? And presumably that whole trilogy, unless someone wants to split it up?
