Emilee wrote: "Kandice is going to come back to at least 100+ posts!"When did she leave? 10 minutes ago? :p
Jessica: I think she did leave 10 minutes ago. But I was off for about 24 hours and came back to over 600 posts it was really close to 700. I guess we can't get to far away from this thread!
Kandice left 30 minutes ago. And I haven't heard from Allison in about 12 minutes so they both will have a lot of silly posts to read through!
I know, really! It didn't feel like I was gone for that long and you guys had rattled up 700 posts. Craziness!
You must have come on just behind me! I should really go read but it's nice to have a little break. I am so close to being done with Pride & Prejudice.
I really love it. Jane Austen is an amazing writer. I plan on reading all her books this year.
Well, I am heading up to read. My computer is in the basement and in the winter it's a little too chilly down here for me. Good Night & happy reading to all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Okay, have 2 birthday parties tommorrow, so off to get presents. Emilee-I assume your little ones are feeling better?
I have just woken up too early on Saturday because I'm feeling SICK but you guys are always good for a laugh - Thanks!

I know you can ge..."That is the one thing I really miss about living in England. We used to go to local shows and I visited the RSC a couple of times but every time some one had a birthday and during the sales we would go to London and see a show - Oklahoma, The Mouse Trap, Cats.
My grandmother was brought up in central London and was a member of The First Nighters so West End Theatre was a religion for her.
I have forgotten so many but we have kept all the programs. Some of the most memorable were Topol in Fiddler on the Roof and Yul Bruner in The King and I. And The Mikado is my favourite G&S.
Kandice wrote: "Oh my gosh! There is a bit of an "office drama". One of my best friends here at work is a gay man. He is very handsome, and I always tease him that it's a waste. Anyway, one of the cleaning girls j..."wouldn't tell her. it is of no interest to him and you never know what happens then. he might start acting in a way that wouldn't be really great for the one who had a crush on him but has no change at all.
Jackie wrote: "Um, sure Allison- thanks for clearifying. LOL! I'll be 28 on Sunday. "
happy birthday and welcome to the club!
Fiona wrote: "Oooh, you were a cheerleader? Is that a big thing over there cos here it isn't. Watching American high school movies and Buffy then football and cheer leading seems like two pretty big things in sc..."it looks like cheerleader is more an american thing.
Fiona wrote: "I'm addicted to playing Solitaire on my computer. Help! I need to read..."when i was at university I was compeltely addicted to that and would sometimes notices I had done that for like 3hours non-stop.
Fiona wrote: "And it won't let me win!"it did let me win but then if you played that much like I did it would be weird if you wouldn't....
Kandice wrote: "Jackie-You can certainly make ME cheer up now!Too funny, but I just got off the phone with my dad, and I told him I had relayed their "story" to you guys. He tends to call me on my lunch at wor..."
I adore mahjong. we would sue to play it in a pub across university and I got addicted to it. I love playing it on the computer too.
Fiona wrote: "Rachel wrote: "Holy crap. I take one little 3 hour lunch and I come back to 4 new pages of posts. I am not reading all of this!"How many posts is it altogether?"

Allison wrote: "um...excuse me? wasted time talking to US? haha.I had a nasty sweet and sour chicken frozen dinner. i might as well have chewed on cardboard with funk sauce."
i whish I could do that on my lunch. in theory i can but I don't always notice somebody stands behind me...so it might be weird when that would happen....
Allison wrote: "English. :)"
hahaha, perfect! You see why I ahte to see 800 unread posts here....I know I shouldn't read all of it but then I might miss out on a comment like this!

Sorry your not feeling good Ester.
I have N&S on my TBR list. It's at 2000 now. I sure hope I live to be really old to finish it! I am going to need to increase my reading goal to 200 books a year at this rate!
Jeanne sorry you had to read 800 posts. Poor Laura she'll have probably over 1000!
Good luck on finishing IT Fiona.
I didn't do so well on the Spring Challenge this year. Oh well.

I guess it's not that early only 7 am here.
I keep forgetting that we have such a huge time change.
So my friend left London at 2 am our time that means it was about 8 am in London. He will be on the plane all day long.
I think that would be the only thing that would suck about traveling overseas. Planes are okay for short flights. I think it would be funner to go by ship overseas.

Fiona: Where are you? If you want to hit 8000 you need to get posting!
As Long as Jeanne is on and Jackie, Allison, Kandice come back we can make up some post time.
We actually have to go to a dr appointment this morning so I can only stay on maybe another hour. I also have to go to work which really stinks. I'm so behind!
I eat snacks all day long myself. Usually two good sized meals. Breakfast is an all morning thing for me.
Only 872 posts to go-- to get to 8000!
We better get chatting!

Fiona wrote: "But I gotta go to Tesco, wooo!Better get dressed, 'spose."
I need to go to Dunnes and Lidl...but wanna stay in reading.
Sorry Jeane! I have another friend, at work, who spells it with 2-n's!
