Stacey Esther...so very, very true on both fronts!
Stacey I need to get the heck off this computer and start the new book before hubby gets home from work. Betcha I stay on here for a while longer though!
Stacey Fiona...I had no idea they made things like that for tv sets. Doubt my hubby would use them. Besides, the only time the tv bothers me is when it's night time and my boys are trying to sleep. I can tune out all sound if I'm in a good book!
Esther I'm alone in the house a lot so do let it blare.

My son has sensitive ears and so is considerate of others and uses earphones a lot. It also means he can hear more clearly at a lower volume.

I don't understand. What is this dead silence of which you speak? (sarcasm) I have two boys (2 & 3 yrs old), a husband and a father-in-law that live with me. It's NEVER quiet in this house!!!

Becky Yeah, I'm a total GR addict... I wasn't a huge fan of MySpace either- I ended up deleting my account there. I don't know what it is about those sites, they just annoy me. LOL
