Or a middle name perhaps? But if you're picking something to improve on Muriel, why do you pick Lou?

Well, in my opinion, Lou is infinitely better than Muriel. My youngest brother's name is Jamie. His first day at a new school, he met 2 GIRLS named Jamie before class even started so he asked the teacher to introduce him as Brian. She did, and he was Brian all of 3rd grade. It was pretty funny. I have no idea why he chose Brian. It's not his middle name or anything. Weirdo

I like Rachel too! One of my closest, best friends, who was also my maid of honor at my wedding, was a Rachel. It's a lovely name!!!!
Is that name in honor of something Fiona? It's certainly unique. I like it. I have 2, almost 3 middle names, and then of course my husband's last name (now mine!) is hella long, so it's a mouthful if nothing else!
I'm going to change my last name, so I'm all set. Emma Anna Volee. Volee being an anagram for love, with an extra e at the end so people don't call me Vole.

Emma A Volee sounds better on a book. I agree. A friend of mine is named has two last names, but they're very short so it's not a problem.

OMG!!!! Who would name their cat that? My mom has a friend with a dog named Deeohgee. That's the way you pronounce it. It's just dog spelled out, but they say it all together. It cracks me up!
