message 5753: by Jackie (new)

Jackie (thenightowl) I had a good start to my morning today. I found out I won a book on GR giveaway. yeah me!

It's this one:

message 5754: by Jackie (new)

Jackie (thenightowl) Fiona, glad to hear to decided to give your points to charity.

BTW, morning everyone!

message 5755: by Allison (new)

Allison (inconceivably) yay for winning a book!

Morning Jackie :)

message 5756: by Jackie (new)

Jackie (thenightowl) LOL...yeah, you need to remind yourself about that book ban. Although, you've acquired a book or two (ahem, or more) you seem to be doing well with the ban.

message 5757: by Kandice (new)

Kandice Good morning. I am sleepy! My youngest was up most of the night with a stomach-ache. Not only was she sick, but she has the worst aim in the world! I think I spent almost 2 hours cleaning up. Yikes.

message 5758: by Jackie (new)

Jackie (thenightowl) Ah, the joys of having kids! You poor thing. I hope your daughter feels better.

message 5759: by Kandice (new)

Kandice I am going to work a little late, and my husband is coming home on his lunch. Neither ends up missing a day, and it keeps her here, but... I DON'T WANT TO GO TO WORK!
Thank you girls;)

message 5760: by Allison (new)

Allison (inconceivably) aw Kandice, long night :( Hope she feels better!

I didn't want to come to work either, but at least I wasn't up all night with a sick kid.

message 5761: by Kandice (new)

Kandice Honestly, I would call in sick, but I have that crazy lady to deal with, and 2 phone conferences scheduled. It's just poor timing.

Tonight is my movie, and I don't know if I should go. The plan was to go right from work, but I may feel too guilty for that. I guess I'll have to see how she feels later.

message 5762: by Allison (new)

Allison (inconceivably) hmm...I know what you mean, hopefully she does feel better, I know how you've looked forward to it!

message 5763: by Kandice (new)

Kandice I just looked at my post, and how selfish does that look? *hangs head in shame*

She's sleeping. Thank goodness.

message 5764: by Allison (new)

Allison (inconceivably) not selfish!

message 5765: by Jackie (new)

Jackie (thenightowl) It's not selfish...you've been talking about your movie forever.

message 5766: by Lisa Julianna (new)

Lisa Julianna (lisajulianna) | 1053 comments Good Morning Ladies,

Becky sorry your are feeling so emotional. We all do have days like that. *hugs*

Kandice sorry your daughter is so sick. That just sucks. *hugs*

I'm tired too but not because of anything bad. I was up late reading Graceling. I am really liking this book. Then I woke up at 3:30am waiting for my oldest to get home from her midnight movie of Watchmen. She got home at 3:45.

At least I can rest/sleep this morning, I have Dr.'s appointments this afternoon but those should be pretty fast. At least I hope they are.

How is your chocolate Fiona? Chocolate sounds so good right now...hehe

message 5767: by Lisa Julianna (new)

Lisa Julianna (lisajulianna) | 1053 comments good idea we don't want a sick tweety...hehe

Jackie (thenightowl) Fi, you know what you should do?

Go get us some man candy to look at. I think it's a more productive way to spend your time. Plus Allison and I would love you more for it :-)

message 5773: by Allison (new)

Allison (inconceivably) AUGH! I have left the filing undone for 3 days because I've been glued to the computer :P I'm going to have to catch up now :(

message 5774: by Jackie (new)

Jackie (thenightowl) How are we supposed to reach 9000 with you gone?!

message 5775: by Allison (new)

Allison (inconceivably) LOL...it'll probably take me like 30 minutes, I'm just a baby.

message 5776: by Jackie (new)

Jackie (thenightowl) Hurry on then so we can reach 9000. :-)

message 5777: by Jackie (new)

Jackie (thenightowl) LOL...I was actually thinking along the lines of Henry Cavill or Mr. Thornton. BTW, I added North and South last night to Blockbuster. I hope to watch it soon.

message 5778: by Lisa Julianna (new)

Lisa Julianna (lisajulianna) | 1053 comments I think I am off for a bit to read Graceling....see ya all later :~)

message 5779: by Allison (new)

Allison (inconceivably) Read it...watch it...whatever. Its a lovely story, you will enjoy it :)

N&S, I mean.

message 5780: by Allison (new)

Allison (inconceivably) *cough* I did most of the filing, maybe I'll finish later...

My jeans are kind of low, and I don't want to bend over, there are people standing around out in the filing area :P

message 5781: by Kandice (new)

Kandice Who's that?

Lisa, if you see this, what did your daughter think? I've heard bad reviews about my movie, but due mostly to it being incomprehendible to those not familiar with the story. I've read it countless times, so I don't care about that!!!

message 5782: by Kandice (new)

Kandice Thanks for the chocolate Fiona. I wish I could really have it!

message 5783: by Allison (new)

Allison (inconceivably) LOL...Fiona, you and your butts.

well...butt.

message 5784: by Jackie (new)

Jackie (thenightowl) Oooohhh, yum yum- look at what I come back too! :D

message 5785: by Kandice (new)

Kandice That butt is popping up everywhere! He's more handsome in the face, though!

message 5786: by Jackie (new)

Jackie (thenightowl) mmmm...he's gorgeous everywhere. *sigh*

I'm mad I can't see the butt pic at work, but I guess that's a good thing or else I wouldn't get anything done :P

message 5787: by Jackie (new)

Jackie (thenightowl) Thanks for contributing to my Friday, Fiona! :D

message 5788: by Allison (new)

message 5791: by Jackie (new)

Jackie (thenightowl) LOL...poor dog!

message 5792: by Allison (new)

Allison (inconceivably) eh well, I'm boycotting Mr. Darcy...so I suppose I'll stick with Robin Hood :)

message 5793: by Allison (new)

Allison (inconceivably) in my pic...Wishbone is dressed like Robin Hood.

message 5794: by Allison (new)

Allison (inconceivably) :)

message 5795: by Allison (new)

Allison (inconceivably) 600 pages is an awful lot, not your fault the book is a brick

message 5796: by Allison (new)

Allison (inconceivably) Fiona, have you ever heard of the show Wishbone? Its so cute.

message 5797: by Allison (new)

Allison (inconceivably) AWW! A dog would watch the family he lived with, and then compare it to a classical book...and he would suddenly be the main character in the book and it would summarize it...its a lovely show. I'll find a youtube clip...

message 5799: by Allison (new)

Allison (inconceivably) I would rush home from school everyday to watch that show at 3:30. *sigh* good times.

message 5800: by Allison (new)

Allison (inconceivably) Captain Planet and Power Rangers were my shows :)
