Ashley (readerandwriter) Would you try out for Quidditch? If so what position would you go for? What team would you want to play for? What team would you want to play against?

I wouldn't try out. I was never athletic in school. But if I did I would try out for Gryffindor's Seeker position. And I would want to play against Slytherin just for the pleasure of beating them :).

Meghan | 686 comments I'd want to be a chaser or a seeker for Gryffindor. I think it would be really cool. If I didn't make the team I think it would be cool to watch the teams play to.

Tara (tara_n) | 83 comments Well, I'm not very athletically inclined so I don't think I'd make the team and I'm very clumsy so maybe I shouldn't try out for the team. It would be cool to be a chaser though. Maybe I can just be the referee.

Peng | 317 comments not athletic either! but i'd been wanting to fly and being in a broomstick would be sweet. i'd probably be a beater in gryffindor coz even if we loose i'd get to beat the opponents! hahahaha!

message 5: by Rachel (last edited Aug 25, 2016 12:55PM) (new)

Rachel i think i would be too scared flying around and trying to avoid a bludger. i would just cheer from the sidelines with hermione. :)

message 6: by Mel (last edited Aug 25, 2016 12:55PM) (new)

Mel chaser would be cool... I'd want to play for anyone but Slytherin so I could help keep them from winning... although, if I was a really poor player (and I probably would be), I'd want to play for Slytherin... for the same reason.

Alice Gold (alicewgold) I think I would make a good beater. Not fast or agile enough for seeker. I wonder if there is some kind of Wizard Cross Country. I've got a good amount of endurance. What would you call wizard cross country?

message 8: by Jane (last edited Aug 25, 2016 12:56PM) (new)

Jane Sure - I'm sure the other competitors would love a good laugh at my expense.

Steph (kitsune_chan) | 47 comments i'm not athletic at all, but i'd love to try out for quidditch

i'd make a greater beater, cause i have good aim, but i'd like to be a seeker too

Amy Marie (amy_marie97) | 26 comments Duh!

I'd be chaser all the way! (And then captain of course) ^_^

A wizard cross country?... hmmm...what would you call it? A tri-make-sure-no-one-is-cheating-a-thon?
Think about it, it would be easy to simply...'poof' and a tree falls over on top or your competition
or your friend conveniently knocks one of the competitors out, steals a hair, takes a gulp of polyjuice potion, and then intentionally loose.

Hahaha, yeah for magical law enforcement.

Meghan | 686 comments My favorite sport in the wizarding world is Qudpot so I'd really want to play on one of those teams. You know that that is the American sport. (See "Quidditch Through the Ages")

message 12: by Kenzie (last edited Aug 25, 2016 01:51PM) (new)

Kenzie I don't think I would be able to work a broom. I would flunk Quidditch.

message 13: by Ashley (last edited Aug 25, 2016 01:52PM) (new)

Ashley (samuraigurl91) | 106 comments Lol! i'll definitely try for all seeker, beater and chaser. i'm pretty good when it comes aiming. Lol.

message 14: by ★Lalita ❤︎ (last edited Aug 25, 2016 01:52PM) (new)

★Lalita ❤︎ (lalita) I think I'd try HufflePuff (not as competitive as Gryffindor and Slytherin) so not as much pressure (and they need some help!). I think I'd be a beater or seeker. Although if there's cheerleader I'm all for it!!

message 15: by [deleted user] (new)

Ravenclaw, maybe a seeker or beater.I love Quidditch!

message 16: by [deleted user] (new)

can I say poof and make my brother die???

message 17: by Shifa (last edited Aug 25, 2016 01:55PM) (new)

Shifa Lateef | 27 comments I would play for any team (yes even Slytherin), but I would want to be a beater, its sort of like tennis except you try to hit the person on the opposite team.

message 18: by Veronica (last edited Aug 25, 2016 01:56PM) (new)

Veronica (v_a_b) I would try out for ravenclaw because that's the house I would be in. I would be a keeper because seeker would frustrate me, i wouldn't be good as a chaser, and i don't like hurting people even if it's not on purpose so that rules out the beater position. All that is left is keeper which I think I would be okay as.

message 19: by Sean (last edited Aug 25, 2016 01:58PM) (new)

Sean | 17 comments I would try out for a keeper of chaser in Ravenclaw.

message 20: by Zoab (last edited Aug 25, 2016 01:58PM) (new)

Zoab Kapoor I would either try out for a seeker or chaser in gryffindor.

message 21: by Allie (last edited Aug 25, 2016 01:58PM) (new)

Allie | 76 comments I would try out because i would lopve to fly probqably 4 seeker 4 gryffindor

Taylor S | 118 comments I would love to tryout for Quidditch. It would be so cool to fly 50 feet from the ground. I would tryout for chaser or keeper.
