Teens aren't legal. Therefore, kids who commit federal crimes are given the option of jail or reform camp. A new branch of this program has been created in Maryland, near Washington D.C. Upon the kids' arrival, they will find that the camp is in fact, a base of operations for the Junior Federal Bureau. The JFB is a group of 'reformed' teenage criminals with abover average skills and intelligence. They meet in order to catch a few of the most wanted criminals in the world-- under eighteen. The government decided that they needed young criminal minds to decipher what was going through other criminal minds. All the teens have to do, in go to the camp to recieve a full pardon for their crime(s).

The RP takes place in the twenty-first century, in Maryland. The kids are dropped off near a heavily wooded area by their parent(s)/guardian(s) and then escorted to the base of operations by a federal agent. The base itself is actually a mile-wide cleared area in the center of the forest. In the area is their quarters (A two-story building with the top floor being bedrooms, a kitchen, and a common room. The bottom-floor is a workspace/meeting room.), a shooting range/gym, a forensics lab, a computer lab, and an office. The shooting range and the gym are seperated by sound-proof walls. The shooting range is the standard set up-- targets, protective gear, and guns. The gym includes the usual equipment, mats, weapons, etc. Both the forensics and the computer lab are a nerd's wet dream. The office is a simple conference room with a long laquered cherry wood table and rolling office-chairs. There is a screen, a projecter attached to the screen, a document camera, a webcam, and a small computer to control it all in the corner. On the east wall is a white board. Cases are given to the JFB by webcam and are only given cases that might involve a teen as the mastermind behind the crime.
