Hi Farida, I write children's book and one of them, Velvet Ball and The Broken Fairy is the first of a series. It's available as an eBook and also as a paperback on amazon.

It is a collection of short stories, both science fiction and fantasy. One of them is a vampire story, however the others are not.

Jayne, I also live in NSW. I would love to do a blog interview swap with you. I write children's adventure stories, but one of them is a fantasy story for older kids, but adults have enjoyed it too. Let me know if you're interested in a swap. Farida and I did the same. It was fantastic.
