speaking of The Temple of the Vampire books, is there a process for or do we verify books like these, http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/65... that do not seem to be publicly available?

That would be fine if they were actually users of our books and not pirated and adulterated versions.

The temptation in Texas is no longer tempting.... well I guess it's still a temptation of sorts - but it is just not a duplicate.

Got those. And yes that was a NAB - but first needed to be merged with the Cherry Cheesecake murder book then added back to be NAB. All done.
