I saw tags when I was signed in, but not when I wasn't signed in. I signed out and signed back in using my wife's account and tagged The Lost Tourist Franchise, and now the tags show up whether I'm signed in or not. Hope that fixed it. Thanks for trying, and for telling me about the problem.
