I like to see the list of authors, it is a great sort of them. I know a few from various websites and I think I have been in the shadows for far too long reading and getting to know how this site works. I am a writer of Flash fictions and short stories and looking at the goodreads author program, at the moment. But I must do some ground work first. So here is my first post. :)
Hi All, I live in the south west of Western Australia, and my first two novels are set in my hometown with some local history thrown in. Feel free to friend me.

Hello CarmelI'm a relatively new Goodreads author - published my first novel in July this year. So I'd love to be put on the list. I've had a Goodreads paid advertising program going since then, but have only recently started on the various discussions on GR. Heavens, it's a big site!!!

Many thanks Brenda. My novel was launched in August last year, and received lots of great comments. It is available on Amazon in both print and e-book format.It is great to know that Aussie writers and readers can link together here on goodreads.
