James, code should look like this in comment box, if height & width not indicated:

Zoha, try doing it without a designated height or width... It will default in with the original size. Then you don't have to try and guess at the correct H/W ratio.
I am just trying to master putting up an image- yikes. I did it for one of my reviews thanks to this site, but am having trouble now.
Here it is, Martha, without any designation for height or width. It will appear with its default size. However, if you want you can just designate one (height or width) and the appropriate ratio for the other one will adjust to size:
Thank you, Lisa! I figured that out after I published my review, so I just kept editing till I got my desired results. But, I finally "get it" thank goodness for your help!
I found an image, but don't know how to convert to a .url .jpeg. As you can tell, I am not computer literate yet. I have much to learn, but am capable. Thank you!
Ok- here is the website, but the image is within a selection. http://www.gayot.com/spirits/top10rum...#10 of the best Rums
The Pyrat rum image is what I am trying to copy. I sure appreciate your help, by the way.
There is no return after the "less than sign" & img Only a space. It is just that the line is so long, it runs to the next line.
Lisa, thank you!! How did you get the .url for that image? That is great! And, do you just add the .jpg on the end?
Martha wrote: "Lisa, thank you!! How did you get the .url for that image? That is great! And, do you just add the .jpg on the end?"Just "right-mouse-click" over the image you desire and "copy" the image address. No, the .jpg or .tif or .png or .gif will show in the address.
Lisa- I am so embarrassed - my college-educated son just showed me how to do this basic image copying - Arggh - Not complicated. I understand GR set up now too from you!! Thank you for your patience.http://www.gayot.com/images/spirits/t...

Thank you, Alfie! I finally get "it". Made it WAY more complicated than need be.
ok, I have been working on this too long. I cannot get an image as .jpg I have been searching for a jolly roger flag for 4 hours and can't get the url with .jpg or anything close. Now, the Pyrat image above was easy, but nothing with jolly roger flag is working. What the heck am I doing wrong. I see people putting out ALL kinds of images - how hard should it be? Could it a copyright issue?
Martha, your Jolly Roger & British flags are a little distorted. Try only putting in one of the smaller dimensions you desire (such as height) and don't designate width; it will default in the right ratio to your height. You don't need to worry about calculating it yourself.
Thank you Alfie for the tips! - I just left this as is for now, and will work on it more later - once I finish my review.
