Darlin' - if you don't want to mess with the ratio aspect of height and width, just put in the height only. For the one is this post, I just put in height="125" That way your pic won't be distorted.

If it is Blogger, there is a little icon of picture. Click on that and you should get the option of uploading from your computer.
If you can't figure that out, and since you already know how to do so from pics already on the web, just upload pics to your Profile Photos on GRs and then transfer from there.
Whatever you're using, I'm sure you can also find help on YouTube.
Sharon, if the gif is too large, GRs can't support it.
MrsShyCage, try putting in only one aspect ratio, like height="270" and the width will default in by itself. Then the pic won't be warped like that.

So when my identical twin and I were adopted, I got the middle name and she got the first name. My grandmother came up with a first name for me, and I think I got the best of both :)
