I've just written a short blog post, No way to end a story – http://nickwastnage.blogspot.com/ about the chaotic mental state I go through close to the end of writing a book. Hop over and have a look if you're interested.

Rinelle wrote: "My blog is at www.rinellegrey.com No book out yet, but I'm literally days away from uploading to amazon. Starting to feel really nervous."
Rinelle,
Jayne is right you shouldn't be nervous, this is a time to enjoy yourself. Good luck
For anyone interested, my blog is on http://www.jaynelockwood.com/diary/
It's a mixture of handy hints for indie authors, tongue in cheek observations and ... that's about it really. Oh, and a bit of book promotion, but no-one wants to hear all about that all the time, right? Although I'd love the opportunity to talk about my characters and their lives. Does anyone else feel like that or is it, job done, move on to the next one?
Erren wrote: "Nice website. I'm still trying to figure out WordPress and enable the "subscribe" feature!"Oh, I've tried that and just can't get it. Steve who helped with the website said it wasn't worth the trouble, especially as people can see my blog entry on Facebook, Twitter, and now Goodreads! SO I've saved myself time and money and just hope that people find me and are interested...

You need to download a widget to put a subscription option in your sidebar. I haven't bothered particularly (I figure people who like to subscribe to blogs through the feed know how to do it), but it should be relatively easy.
Looking for a chuckle? Here's a scene about a peculiar bartender from my work-in-progress Montana Rural. http://johnzunski.wordpress.com/2013/...

Hi everyone- I'm an intern at the University of Oklahoma, and we're about to launch a brand new publishing website called Crowdscribed! On Crowdscribed, you’ll have the opportunity to suggest a brand new book title that you haven’t seen in stores, but would love to read. Submit your ideas for nonfiction books about hot button political issues, innovative ideas, and thought-leading theories for the chance to win a cash prize.
Next, vote on the title suggestions that you want to see published by Crowdscribed. We’ll write the winning title using our innovative crowdsourcing method that collects information from a variety of experts and writers quickly.
When we’re done, you get the book you’ve always wanted to read.
You vote. We write. You read. We can’t wait to see your ideas!
You can SIGN UP at crowdscribed.com to be one of our first members!
We'd love your feedback.

Heidi wrote: "I don't have a blog mostly because I don't understand them. My website is http://heidipeltier.wix.com/squalo"I have a blog within my website, but I'm not sure that's the best way to go. Someone pointed out the other day that they couldn't "follow" the blog that's on my website, as in get a notification every time there's a new post. On my site, you have to "subscribe." (or we just haven't figured it out! :)
I have a Blogspot, also, but it's really hard to keep up with both!

Hi All!My blog is http://debraamiller.blogspot.com/
I am a "blogger in training" very new to the world of "indie" authors & self-pubs so please bear with me.
Published my debut novel in Oct 2012 titled "Descended" book 1 of the "Fallen Guardian Saga." I could sure use some support from some "indie" friends here on Goodreads. I love connecting with other aspiring writers!
Cheers!
