Why must the directors change a movie from the book, to make the movie just seem dumb?

They've removed some pretty significant characters (e.g. Kronos, Ares and many others), made Hades look like the bad guy and axed some of the funniest moments in the book. LOL. I guess that's why PJ2 is taking so long. No idea how they're going to continue the story (especially with it being so messed up.)
P.S. If i haven't read the book, i would have loved the movie. Alas, I did. :|
:) It's okay, I would rather you read the book and see how things really are, than, you thinking the movie's are awesome.

when i saw the movie i really liked but i never knew about the book but when i read the book .....the movie is a joke apparently they are just testing if it will be like Harry Potter or not and they didn't make effort to make it looks like the book that's why they never mentioned Kronos or anything that will suggest a sequel ... Percy is a teenager!!!??

Ditto. Random Question....Who knows a BBC show called Doctor Who? This goes to everyone 'cept TikiPaws.
I have friends who are obsessed with Doctor Who, but I personally haven't ever watched it. I just know that David Tennant is in it. :p
=) David Tennant is my favorite actor for the Doctor. It changes. What you got to do is watch the newest 6 seasons. Those one's are the best. All the old ones are super cheesy! It is so much fun! So just look up Doctor Who 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6th season, and you'll get it! Okay G.T.G.! Bye!
