Up, Simba republished?

It seems that this is just a republished version of DFW's Up, Simba which is also available in Consider the Lobster. Can anyone who has read this shed some light on whether or not it's worth buying for someone who already owns the collection of essays?

Are there any new sexy bells and whistles? Or would my $10 be better spent elsewhere?

I was pissed off when I found out about this (the cheap gimmick that is). For about 15 seconds after seeing this listed on amazon.com I was elated, thinking that Wallace was following the '08 campaign and that this was going to be a reprisal of the themes of "Up, Simba" and commentary on it while simultaneously elaborating on the '08 shitstorm AKA the 2 year "clusterfuck" to the White House (as the Daily Show would characterize). That would've been great.
