I make the Gee Whiz Spread regularly and bring it to work to share with my omni coworkers along with crackers, and cut up veggies.
The Chick Cheez is to die for (but no one had to!)
The Creamy Bleu Cheez dressing is AMAZING!
ALL the pie crusts (Granola nut crust, etc.) are really good. AND there is nutritional info for each recipe along with a table showing that it is free of gluten, nuts, soy, yeast, corn, or what have you (not all in the same recipe, you understand....)
Please check it out at the library, borrow from a friend or buy a copy. You won't regret it.

I'm excited to try the boursin soon. I found some Umeboshi Paste at the grocery store a little while ago!
Does anyone know if the basic cheeze recipes in this edition are different from those in The Uncheese Cookbook? I have the old book and used it in the past to make Betta Feta and Gooda. I'm thinking of making the Gooda again. I used it to veganize Dutch Potato and Cheese Soup from The Vegetarian Epicure, Book II. It's been years, but I want to give it a try again. (Dave and I couldn't believe that my veganized version tasted exactly the same as the original.) I was just wondering if there's a newer version of the Gooda recipe.
ETA: If the cheeze recipes are new and improved, I'll look for a used copy of the newer book.

Thanks, Lisa. I went and read some reviews on Amazon and ended up ordering it.

Bobbi, When you've checked it out, please let us know which recipes have been updated, added, etc. Thanks!

I'll have to check out some mentioned 'cheezes'! =)
