I personally think that the title is good and nothing changes should be made. :)
I think the title is beyond fitting...i was sitting with my grandmother after she'd had a heart attack, my grandfather had died 2 years previously, and she just looked at me and said she was trying to figure out whether or not she should stay. she died shortly thereafter. i think people who are dying think of it in those terms. staying or going...

I like "Thin Line"--
If I Stay is a great title because it leaves the reader who read the title with a question mark above their head, and gets them to read the blurb. Then, want to go and read the whole book.

The title portrays the life of the girl and I like the way the author put the book sort of in both perspectives of showing the memories and what was happening to her
