Patrick (magicdrop) | 4 comments My favorite has to be Beach Road. I loved that book. It took place in areas of NY that i know about too so that helped. I also liked Swimsuit A LOT. Also the Witch and Wizard while written for a younger crowd I love the story line so far.

message 55: by Cinda (new)

Cinda It really is hard to say which is my favorite. I love Alex Cross and his grandma is a hoot! I also really enjoyed The Womens's Murder Club books also. In reference to Grant's comment. My daughter started reading them at 15. I wouldn't let her read mine due to some of the language and she came home with one from the school library one day and I said oh well. She read the first 5 books in the murder club series in 2 weeks! She's been hooked ever since. So enjoy! His books won't let you down!

message 56: by Heather (new)

Heather (purdyflower14) | 1 comments Tough decision....I'd have to say it's between "Suzanne's Dairy for Nicholas" and "Kiss the Girls". Although I have not read all of his books yet!

message 57: by Ruth (new)

Ruth (toot) | 1 comments That is a hard question to answer as I enjoy all of them. I like the Alex Cross books and the Women's Murder Club.

Joe Golden | 19 comments Tick Tock was pretty good along with the postcard killers and 7th heaven. His other recent books I GOT THE FEELING HE WAS JUST PHONING THEM IN.

message 60: by [deleted user] (new)

I'm not buying James Patterson anymore. 1st he has a tv commercial saying "Buy my book or I'll kill off Alex Cross." Then a Facebook ad, "Like John Grisham? You'll love James Patterson's new book "Toys." And also a Facebook ad "Do you like "Criminal Minds?" YOu'll like James Pattersons new book...
He is really sinking low. Mr "I want to be in the guiness book of world records for largest number of books written." Then, he couples up with other writers and hires others to pump out book after book. What happened to the JP of "When the Wind Blows?"

Stella Gizzi (stella-marie) | 2 comments I consider myself an avid James Patterson fan but with uni studies I have fallen behind with my personal reading but I did read Double Cross last week and I really enjoyed it, so much so,I am going to read 1st to die and Cross and a few others from my to read list, during my two months break in the summer holidays, in between courses and am really looking forward to it. I love his books , I think he is an amazing writer

amy (mi55_b) | 1 comments I love the Alex Cross books, the women's Murder club are a good read too but I think my favourite was when the wind blows. Possible because I had read quite a few of his books before and was not expecting the storyline. Got to love a book that surprises you

Stella Gizzi (stella-marie) | 2 comments I have currently finished my latest OU course and have a couple of months off now until the next one starts so am having the time of my life reading. This last 2 weeks I have been introduced to the thrillers by Tess Gerrisen and I have really enjoyed them. However I am now going to the library Friday to try the Women's Murder Club after the recommendations on this page, Thanks ladies x

Lorrea - WhatChaReadin'? (whatchatreadin) Jennifer wrote: "I own almost every book!! Patterson is so easy to read I can knock out a book in 4hrs!"

Oh I wish I could do that. I mean, I could do it, if I actually had 4 hours to devote to reading. With kids its difficult.

message 99: by Jennifer (new)

Jennifer | 3 comments I can imagine. I read a lot when I travel to pass the time in the airport/plane.

message 100: by [deleted user] (new)
