I agree with Caroline. I simply do not have the time or the inclination to rout through anyones TBR stack to select a title. Mostly because just because it's on the TBR doesn't mean they don't already own the book. I have a TBR-own and a TBR-need to make that distinction but most people do not. I would not be interested in ebooks or in a PIFM style raffle.

OK - so we leave the two raffles as is, and let them develop into PIFM (raffle 1) and books on hand (raffle 2)?
