Wanted: Reading Buddies

I think I can go for 5 chapters a day..

Tintin! :) *hollering*
When you two are about to read Son of the Witch (Book 2) please tell me so I can join you as buddies. It's been in my tbr since ages. :)

@kWESI: May "Wicked" ka na?
@Po: sayang, katatapos ko lang ire-read yan.

Sure I'm up for a buddy read of Wicked after K.D. generously gives me his copy :)

How will we pace ourselves? According a quick google search WICKED is divided into 5 parts with more sub-parts.
1. Munchkinlanders: 8 sub-parts
2. Gillikin: 3 sub-parts
3. City of Emeralds: No sub-parts
4. In the Vinkus: 3 sub-parts
5. The Murder and It's Afterlife: No sub-parts
I have to tell you in advance though that for a buddy read I need at least 2 weeks to read and post about the book so if you're itching to finish the book fast I won't be the best partner for a buddy read.
I admire your discipline with the lists, though ;)

Hey, when are you planning to start? I'll be finished with Joe Pit tomorrow, so you decide. I was hooked with the series even before the TV series was released, but man the show was awesome! :D

At mukhang mahaba-haba siya ha!

There was a review I've read that said, "The Swimming-pool Library was the party and The Line of Beauty is the hang-over."
Happy reading! They say that Alan Hollinghurst is very good with his prose.

Cary: Let's decide tomorrow. Tingnan ko muna mamaya sa bahay. I don't mind slowing down kasi alam ko na ang story. I want to focus on the writing. Yon kasing Anna Karenina di ko alam ang kumpletong ending so medyo nabibitin ako kapag nag-slow down.
Pero dito behave ako. Napagalitan ako ni Regine eh.
